Soup Day

J seems to be getting bronchitis/sinus infection again so we stayed in all day. His Covid test was negative. . It was nice to stay in. I embellished and added to a wonderful Bear Creek Creamt wild rice soup mix and we had biscuits with it. Shared with Js brother. I added chicken broth, shredded carrots, and butter nut squash to the mix. I topped theirs with cheddar cheese and mine with tomato basil goat cheese crumbles. I ate a bowl for supper also. So good. He will see his doc if no better tomorrow.
