Almost Home

Crossed the boarder in a torrential rain and lightning storm. Had the wipers on full and we went slowly. Quite the lightning show! On the Canadian side we had a back up of traffic at 11:30 p.m. as some of the Queen Elizabeth Highway was flooded. Here is the police car with lights flashing directing the cars around the flooded area. We finally got home by 1 a.m. after a 15-hour trip. Tired but glad to be home safe and sound!
