Colour on a Dreary Day

It's rained all day, but not as heavy as forecast - yet..... the warning goes on overnight. It was very windy this morning, and will be again overnight, I'm not looking forward to that given the nearby tall trees. So a day of ticking off a number of indoor tasks: cancelling a tv subscription, chasing up a lack of confirmation of AA renewal (it takes up to 28 days!), chasing up the dentist (they're still without a hygienist after several months), setting up a new energy fixed deal, and doing a big pile of ironing. I got this photo whilst in the garden during a brief gap in the rain, topping up the feeders and clearing out the nest from the camera bird box. The to do list is still very long!
