POPPY

The Mono Monday challenge theme today is 'sound'.  I've blipped a recent purchase -  a Troll toy named Poppy.  She's a character from the Trolls film. I got her to put in the toy box I keep here for Astrid when she visits.  When I bought this toy I didn't realise that it " talks ".  However when I took it out of the box it made a sound.  I found a button on the back and when its pressed Poppy becomes quite talkative.  Amongst other things she says ..... "Speak from your heart and you will always be loved for who you are ", " Always let your true colours shine " and  " Do you need a hug? ". I hope Astrid will like Poppy.  Thanks to Carolina for hosting.

The weather today was rather miserable.  We have had heavy rain all day.  I still went out though.  Had a wander down to the village this afternoon.  Usual Monday food shopping.
