Bleak

It certainly was bleak when I took this photo.  Low cloud and rain; not very pleasant at all.  Still I got there, a place I had wanted to visit and walk around.  Somewhere different.  Where is it?  Dungeness and this is the power station and one of the two lighthouses. It was quiet.  The only sound was the engine clattering along the rails of the miniature railway.  Dotted around Dungeness were boats, wrecks of fishing boats, iron rails, shacks used by fishermen and bungalows.  The walk around bit was a short walk as I was being drenched.  Still photos were taken and just maybe I'll return, but it would have to be drier!   These picnic tables were outside one of the cafes/pubs.
I'm now back in Cumbria  after returning through rain.  Nothing new there.  As I journeyed north there was plenty of land underwater.
