A challenge!

After my daughter in law’s great efforts last month to do 100 squats a day for a month, she raised over £400 for charity, and got herself started on getting fitter too.
So, when I saw the Strong Woman Challenge, I thought I should have a go! It’s thirty different strength building exercises over thirty days.
I have made a start, with thirty dumbbell lifts! Well, I think my arms are in need of strengthening! But I will carry on, tomorrow’s challenge is thirty lunges, at least my arms will get the day off!
