Bishops Wood  - a small diversion through this nature reserve en route to my way to my coastal path walk yesterday.  

Real time (Tuesday)
Most the day was travelling home by train. Drained from seeing my mum. She was aggressive as I said goodbye (not about me) - a classic dementia symptom. Lovely to get home and just relax. Very pleased I went when I did (helped settle her down with the new care team and hence some relief for my brother)
