Rhubarb, Rhubarb, Rhubarb,
I'm not big on publishing what I eat but this is an Autumn/Fall photograph.
I pulled the last of the Rhubarb in the garden, chopped it up and slowly boiled it to death.
It's quite sharp so had to add some sugar, but rhubarb is quite a treat so I'm not bothered about a bit of sugar now and again, I don't take it in drinks and even my porridge is sweetened with honey rather than sugar.
The rhubarb was delicious, especially with one of my favourite things, ice-cream.
I did put a bit too much water in the pan when I boiled it but I strained it in a colander and the residue liquid makes a very tasty drink.
