Bursts of sunshine

It was another mad day in the office, but I took some time out at lunch to enjoy the bursts of sunshine! The brain refresh was needed. 
The leaves on the trees are definitely turning now. Another month and they will be coming off completely.
I got home quite a bit later than usual due to a meeting. So I decided not to rush things to get to a Fit Steps class, but instead bake a couple of cakes for our full team meeting tomorrow: am apple cake and a vegan chocolate cake.
Now it's time to read the papers, have a cup of tea and then have an early night.
