s morning my new rollator was delivered, same company but a slightly heavier model which will be safer for using outside….i used it when i had a walk with a carer….and although i need to get used to the bigger size i did feel safe……

M came for ‘coffee’….but i did a ‘Wilson’s at Home’ with chai and maltesers…..we decided that they use the same chai from a tin i have….

i also managed to get a phone gp appointment and was given a coirse of sleeping tablets……so looking forward to tonight…..:)
