Busy Bee - Lazy Day

2nd back-blipped photo - the excuse this time was a powercut lasting from 5:30am until after 9pm!

A bit of a "nothing" day which started by my not being able to boil the kettle for that much needed first cup of coffee of the day. After spending several minutes trying to get the thing to work, I finally realised there was power cut, so after my cereal and fruit juice beat a hasty retreat to Sainsbury for the shopping and that cuppa!

Not sure where the rest of the day went, but I think I read the paper and supplements, plus a few photo magazines - oh, I also managed to bodge a repair to my garden bench, which is sadly rotting away, and clear some of the surrounding vegetation.

Last, but not least, I wandered round the garden with the camera and macro lens to snap the bees on thebrightly coloured Heleniums: they were clearly having a more productive day than I :)
