Contre-jour

We seem to be having a run of great weather this week. My annual leave is drawing to a close, sadly, but I’m making the most of the last few days of freedom. I dropped Dash & Gubs at school, and headed out for a walk along the country lanes near Canterbury. This lane, Pilgrims Way, becomes a trail (after about half a kilometre) that leads across the fields towards Patrixbourne and Bridge. Amazing early light, very contrasty, made the dew on the grasses glisten; perfect for a contre-jour image.
