Capital, capital!

A dull start to the day and by the time we'd sorted everything out ready to be away for a few days, had lunch and said goodbye to the cats, it was 2.15 and time to go. 

The journey to Edinburgh began dull and wet - not good Blip weather! - though we spotted a faint rainbow later on, and it was only as we approached the usual weather-changing point at Callander that it eased off.  We stopped for a break and today's Blip is pretty much an EB, just a snap of that part of Callander which you see from the car park. At least I didn't have to Blip David Stirling again!

We arrived at Daughter’s Two’s flat at 5.30. Tomorrow I’m off to the Botanic Garden for a rhododendron conference – should be good with plenty of old pals to see!
