Only a Rose

I've been feeling pretty rotten most of the day.  I spent a large part of it dozing in the armchair.  Eventually I perked up a little and took my camera out onto the patio to find some flower shots.  As the year progresses there's not a lot of choice, but I found one or two worth a picture.

The rose bush had a single small flower in bloom whilst, although not a flower, this plant, see extras, was displaying a nice colour of leaves.
