Ermm?

Today's Abstract Thursday hosted by Ingeborg has no theme as it's the first Thursday of the month.   So that gave me a chance to play around and produce  this masterpiece! 

I've been feeling pretty rough most of the day even though I had a bearable night helped by the mood music I mentioned yesterday, The Sleeping Forecast, I downloaded from BBC sounds, eight hours worth. Obviously I didn't play the whole thing but it helped in the middle of the night when I couldn't get back to sleep.

We went to GoodRoots this afternoon for coffee.  Ann had a coffee earlier so had a spinach smoothie. Before she started on it I took some photos from which I created this abstract photo.
