Rough and tumble

A very late finish at work thanks to an urgent sample needing to be sent for cytogenetics but no courier services able to take it. We've come up with a plan in the end, involving cross-border referrals, but that came on top of a stressful day of interviews which have thrown up more questions than they answered.

When I eventually got home Owen wanted to show me a new trick he'd been practicing. Namely, bursting through sofa cushions as Deadpool and rolling to stand up again. It took a few attempts for him to be happy with it but it certainly made me smile and took my mind off the problems.
