Enjoying nuts!

Great to see a woodpecker (Dendrocopos major) in the garden this morning. He's given me an early blip, though regrettably not suitable for Silly Saturday - silly in itself?!

We're going to our daughter's later for a sleepover. Mr B, our son-in-law, will be heading to London to join our son in watching Arsenal play. It's also Sheep Fair weekend in Corby Glen, so doubtless a busy couple of days for all of us. The event usually attracts some nice craft stalls and, of course, the fairground rides. (School children will have had free rides sometime this week - all to themselves - a special treat each year! I expect LMB will have enjoyed that.)
