Nuthatch

Worked from home and filled up the bird feeders early. We very rarely see nuthatches in our garden so it was quite exciting to see this one bossing other birds out of the way and throwing seed everywhere.  It visited several times during the day. Photo is from my desk and through a window so not great quality.
Book group tonight and it's the meeting where we choose our books for the next year's reading. I've sorted out my 3 books to pitch. Should be a fun evening. Still holding off the covid in the house. Hoping I've escaped this time.
