Another Day
It's been a lovely day, for the most part. We went to Gouda this morning, to view yet another house, but I highly doubt we'll be buying this one (mainly, we won't be able to move in until the new year unless we pay a small fortune). I stayed in Gouda whilst my parents headed home with Little Man. They had a lovely time with him.
I needed some time to figure out my thoughts, so I got a coffee and spent some time writing in my journal. I also needed to look for a new phone case. I have a Samsung Galaxy S22, which isn't a popular phone to have in the Netherlands so finding somewhere that sells phone cases is very difficult to do (I won't buy online because the postal service here is so unreliable). I was able to get a case that will work well as it has raised edges around the screen as well as cushioning around the corners.
I also explored Gouda a bit before getting the bus home. I took this photo on the way back as I wanted to distract myself from the music that some of the other passengers were playing (I did have my Loop Earplugs in, which helped tremendouly. I've taken to using them whenever i"m on the bus).
The afternoon and evening didn't go according to the plans we had as a family, but it turned out okay in the end. Caleb came round, for dinner, after he and my dad soughted out his cars.
