Lake Hawea

We had a super walk beside Lake Hawea with our friend and her dog, Boris…Frida’s Dunedin boyfriend. They had to evacuate their house in Dunedin due to slips, and not sure when they can return. They are very philosophical about it, and grateful for what they do have. A scary experience though.

Lake Hawea was calm and the water crystal clear. Some brave people even went in for a short swim!

We mowed lawns this afternoon, and now preparing for a quiet evening.
