Up early for a walk into town to get my flu & covid jabs.

Matt came with me so afterwards we did a little bit of shopping (he’s going up a mountain in a couple of weeks so needed some thermals). We grabbed a coffee on the way home too. It was a beautiful morning so glad we got out in it, even if it was chilly.

Matt went out in the afternoon to watch the Bears game with the boys and I stayed on the sofa, feeling worse and worse and increasingly like I might have been hit by a truck.

As usual, in spite of what I was told, the flu arm was more painful than the covid arm. Getting the washing off the clothes line was interesting!

Early to bed but I couldn’t sleep for hours because my whole body hurt and my heart was absolutely pounding (was momentarily quite concerned about this but it calmed down after a little while).
