Abi's Tulips

As predicted Abi's tulips did not last long but they were stunningly beautiful while they did.

Yesterday's sunshine gave way to cloud and light rain predicted to get heavier this evening. We decided to go to Staunton Harold garden centre for a spot of lunch. Mine was mostly gluten free chips. I think I order chips for the delight of adding tomato ketchup and mayonnaise.

Autumn planting is the theme. I chose two cast offs to bring home. One is a spiral grass whose name I can't remember while the other one is a lime leaf coloured sedum. Must call Steve in to sort out the garden and planting.

Extra is of a Rudbeckia. Rudbeckia refuses to grow in our garden.
