An Early Blip Photo

As expected the granddaughters slept well last night after the excitement of the day. They didn’t wake up until almost 8 a.m. - result.

This blipper was, however, awake around 6 a.m. and was able to see the sky lightening as sunrise approached - so at around 7 a.m. I was able to get out to get my blip photo … around 15 minutes before the official sunrise…although the sun remains hidden behind the hill for at least another hour!

Anyway, I liked the colour and texture in the clouds with the tree silhouettes along the bottom.

We left home around 10 a.m. and went to a playground at Deepdale in Boston Spa - the girls love going there, it has some different ‘apparatus’ to play on.

From there we went to York ‘Designer Outlet’ - where they had some time on the playground outside there. We had lunch in the outlet and then wandered around the shops, then another few minutes on the playground.

We took them back to Doncaster - arriving about 3 p.m.

After coffee and a natter, we left and got back home around 5. Peace and quiet .I think there may be some more beers consumed this evening.
