Beetroot!

Here I am doing a good job of matching the colour of my pink t-shirt with my face!  We had a leisurely start to Sunday and then ran/jogged down to the town to pick up some milk.  Our route took us a longer way round so I could get in at least 5k, so we went via Beckfoot Ford and Dowley Gap and approached the Coop along the canal.

After a brief bit of shopping, I managed another half mile before choosing to walk and Tony took off on his own route with a promise of getting the coffee on.

My blip is taken as I climbed back up Beckfoot Lane on the walk section of my outing, still beaming the beetroot look!
