Another rival?

This young pheasant was in the garden this morning - will he be a rival to the black-necked pheasant and the white collared pheasant?  I dont know how I would describe this one as he has a lot of pale feathers and his front is definitely much lighter than his back.  One occasionally sees white pheasants or albino pheasants but this one is a real mixture.
