The best thing about today was that Hakan took me to a garden centre mid morning where we bought three (young) fruit trees - lemon, apricot and mulberry - for my garden and he spent most of the afternoon, with his brother, planting them and other related garden work.  He is expecting to finish tomorrow. 

The worst thing about today was that I am unwell - as of yesterday.  I felt grim going to the garden centre and once home, spent the rest of the day and evening wallowing in symptoms on the sofa while binge watching the entire first series of some daft Netflix show. I won't bother with the second series which, judging by the trailer, is just a 'rinse and repeat' of the first - nothing new there. Still, it served its purpose today 

Worse still is that I am not the only one who is poorly. Little Billy the street cat is ill too.  I kept him inside and tomorrow I will try and get him to Furry Friends veterinary practice in Altinkum.
