Walk Rock

Wee walk to a corner of a path rock & back. The sun was catching on mossy end of it. Taking my time as walking on my own today and the paths are covered in wet leaves - but no scuffing yet!

The only bench that I pass had two folk sitting on it when passing there & back. Good mornings in passing.

Nurse phone call this morning to check up how I was doing after seven days meds so far, further info & possible referral — seem to be doing the rounds of different Depts :/

Couldn’t get the fitness App to work when out but got it working just in time for 158 steps of lunch organising & sitting down.

Going to take a long while to get my fitness back & still awaiting some results.

Forgot to look MonoMonday themes will try next week.
