WITH A SONG IN MY HEART

Bradford Royal Infirmary

Thank you for all the supportive comments yesterday.
All went well and the very nice consultant said he took biopsies from the area but didn’t actually see anything other than small gallstones which we already knew about and he said they will pass,  so fingers crossed the results will be OK. He didn’t know anything about what had happened to Frank over the last 4 months and was quite shocked to hear about the misdiagnosis. I thought these days the medical history would be accessible on the computer for any medical facility to see.
Anyway, the staff at Bradford were all lovely and very efficient.
There’s an M+S Simply Food shop and a Costa there so I spent the time people watching while I had some lunch.
I was quite taken with the girl in the wheelchair who was so pretty and had a lovely smile and was having a laugh with the guy.
Near the Costa was a mannequin on which you could practice CPR with instruction on a video screen. Two young girls were having a go. Wouldn’t it be great if they had one in schools so kids would learn to save lives.

Poor Bella was by herself all day except for Bob letting her out in the garden for a wee which she didn’t do!
Sarah next door took her for a quick walk when she came home from work but Bella just tried to pull her back home - she did do a wee though.
She is now staring at me from her bed, I think she was suspicious and worried of us both being out for so long.
It’s been a long day so we’re chilling out in front of the telly now.

Goodnight :-) X
