Grasmere

We decided to stay local today. The plan was to have a short walk round Rydal Hall before coffee, up to Rydal Cave as I have never been there and then Baldry's for lunch/cake.  The weather had other ideas!

In the end we hid in the Rydal Hall café before heading into the woods for some fungi spotting (extra, but not many worth shooting sadly) before heading directly to Baldry's for a late lunch (Yummy!).  

As further showers worked their way through we stopped at the bottom end of Grasmere for some wonderfully moody shots across the lake.
