Top Notch Day!

I had the rare privilege of seeing my old friend Everett for coffee and a really good catch up. We’ve been friends for 42 years - unbelievable!

After he left I went for a stroll along the High Level Bridge and the views of the river valley were just beautiful - please see extras. I then returned to the Sugarbowl for a tasty lunch and fell into conversation with the people at the next table. It was 21 degrees and the afternoon on a patio in the sunshine felt like a gift! I stayed for an Aperol Spritz and then met a woman with very funky glasses.

Later on I strolled home on Saskatchewan Drive and counted my blessings.
