All aboard the mushroom train

Feeling very tired today. Hey ho, so it goes.

Baked flapjacks for work to celebrate my 6 year jobiversary. Everyone seemed to like them and a couple of people asked for the recipe so I must have done something right! 

There are mushrooms everywhere at the moment in all glorious shapes and sizes. It doesn't come out in the picture but these are the size of dinner plates.
