Vivo Barefoot & Royal Academy - Backblip
Had to check out Vivo Barefoot Shoes, in Covent Garden. "Founded by Galahad Clark, a seventh-generation cobbler. His ancestors founded Clarks shoes, and he is now the driving force behind Vivobarefoot, which makes shoes that allow the wearer to enjoy the same range of movement and sensation as if walking barefoot". As worn by Queen Letizia of Spain for her recent foot probs (I'm in good company).
Found my Ali Express Hobi-bears far more suitable for me and a 1/10th of the price. Just as well.
Then 'R' and 'I' popped into the the Royal Academy for 'Modernism in Ukraine'. The Tate (went Monday 8th) was much better.
We returned to our friends for dinner, not before Mr B and I had dropped into The Queens Head. Chatted to a lovely chap who we discovered had bought our 1st house when we moved to the area. Then he was joined by a friend, who lived a few doors down from our 2nd house. So lots to talk about!
