White water

The wind was blowing the waves flat today but that doesn't dampen the enthusiasm of the surfers (first extra), or the RNLI team practicing on their jet skis (second extra).

We had our usual hour with our personal trainer on Skype (the disadvantage of having a flat is that with a few dumbbells and a cleared space we can see him there as easily as anywhere else without the excuse of being "on holiday"), walked to the harbour at high tide for a lunch of crab from the local fisherman, then walked in the opposite direction to the beach at Porth at low tide.  It didn't rain until after we got back :-)
