Another Seagull Sunday

But, this time it is special. The birds are pictured in front of the Mackinac Bridge, the span that connects the Lower and Upper Peninsulas of Michigan.

How do we remember the 5 great lakes? Use the word HOMES...which stands for Huron, Ontario, Michigan, Erie, and Superior. To the left of the bridge is Lake Huron, and to the right is Lake Michigan.

I made a late decision to transport our son to his new job in Green Bay, Wisconsin. He has to report early Tuesday morning. So, we're travelling through our Upper Peninsula.
