Flower Friday

Not a lot blooming in the garden now.  Some late asters are blooming, but I love the early morning light on this solitary hydrangea.  It is on a small bush I planted years ago that really never thrived, but it does put out a few blossoms each year.  Since it is right next to the stone wall it blooms a bit later than most.   A nice day in store so I might take a wee wander to do a bit of leaf peeping.  It is a holiday weekend, so I won't go far.  We have to take advantage of the nice weather when we can.
