The commemorative plate,

Didn't sleep well last night. I felt very shivery but today's been OK. Spent the time reading and watching TV.  Couldn't think what to blip but went for this plate. The District Council gave it as a souvenir to important visitors but when they became part of Fife Council in 1996 they had quite a few leftovers they didn't know what to do with. Someone had the
 brainwave of giving them to people who were being given early retirement.
