A High Finance Day...
..and a day of mixed emotions.
A very frustrating 2 hours on the telephone with BT/EE - making them understand that they have been charging me for a service I have not had since March when they transferred me to EE. and asking for a refund. Eventually got it - a result at last.
I then checked my email - my day was transformed. Complete elation. I had received a refund from Ocado relating to their 'price promise' compared to Tesco prices.
I was so excited I had to pour myself an extra large wee dram to calm myseelf down. What a day !
