Life's Little Moments

Better...

I went over to see if I could catch some practice sessions with some of the trainers and I lucked out when one of the owners showed up with her 2 year old female black German Shepard.  She didn't spend a lot of time on the field, but did some obedience practice and then the hurdles with the dumbbell.  I chose this shot because I like that the trainer is also in the frame, giving it some context.

I made some adjustments in how I was shooting, mostly to do with ISO, intentionally overexposing a little.  I must remember tomorrow to keep my eyes on the histogram to make sure I am not underexposing.  I will be back over to the field in another hour to photograph a black/tan German Shepard, but the light will be fading fast by that time so different challenges.  I keep checking the weather, hoping for clouds but it looks like it is going to be full sun all day.  Oh well.

We had dinner with Peg last night, via FaceTime which was so much fun.  I set the Mac up at the dining room table so it was like she was sitting right across from us.  And today she joined me online for a zoom yoga practice which we both agreed was excellent.
