Grandad Day

Katie spent the day with her Granny and Grandad today. This is our conversation about it...
Katie "I had a Thomas lolly and it dripped on my fingers"
Mummy "Ohh, what else did you do?"
Katie: "I had a babyccino.
I chewed Monkey's ear.
Grandad put me to bed.
I didn't want to eat my sausage.
I got a white balloon... dont forget to put that in the writing...
We went to Tesco and Grandad did some shopping - I didnt know Grandad's do'ed shopping.
I went to the library with him and Granny and they were reading some books to me".

Mummy: "Anything else?"
Katie: "Nope, nothing. No. Nope...... I had sweeties! But some of my ring ones dropped. At Tesco. I couldnt catch them in my hand so they dropped".
Mummy: "Anything more you remember?"
Katie: "Well, I got very sleepy and tired and thats when I wanted to go to bed and then you came and now I'm waking up and I went cheep cheep all way back to you. And I had to take Granny and Grandad in the gruffalo's wood. We found him a little bit but he was tired. We got out very early!".
