STIFF ARM
American High School football (not Futbol). Our local high school (in white jerseys) traveled 100 miles to play football vs the Bulldogs of Williams Bay in the southern part of the state. Here the ball carrier, after receiving a short pass from his quarterback, runs the old "end around" play and gave a tackler a stiff arm to the chin. Knocked him right to the ground and made a 30 yard gain for a first down.

Extra: Another of the local team had a really great game on defense. Here you see him hanging on to the opponent quarterback's jersey and eventually completing the tackle for no gain. The white team defeated the orange team 40-14 and remain undefeated on the season.

Oh...in case you're wondering about the pink sox on the Bulldogs...it's Breast Cancer Awareness week and pink signifies awareness and that the game is a moneymaker for the Cancer Society.
