The Tower of Power

A visit to Hook Norton brewery today. I'd better come clean...I am a real ale nerd. Won't give you chapter and verse on why all those who imbibe beer should be, will leave that to another blip/another time.

Anyway bought some beers at the shop and headed home. Pic of the brewery above. It's a classic tower construction where the brewing process starts at the top and uses gravity to assist the process from then on.

Right time to crack a bottle. Cheers!
