Kaka Beak

After a lovely walk and coffee with a friend, we have spent the afternoon preparing dinner for 5 friends who are coming over tonight. We have enjoyed taking our time to prepare it….and Jill even managed to mow a lawn as well!

I realised I’d taken no photos, so wondered around the garden and spotted this Kaka Beak flower. These flowers are considered to look like the beak of the Native New Zealand parrot- Kākā.
