Mitchelgate

I picked up my car this afternoon, all sorted - something to do with an oil pressure monitor - and then collected Hannah. This marked the official start of the marathon weekend. 

We collected my brother from the pub on Lancaster station, and then carried on up to Kirkby Lonsdale, the first time I've been back in weeks.

Hannah had a meal planned with her step-sister and other bits of family, but Wol and I headed for the curry house, which was great, as usual. 

This is a classic emergency Blip, taken as we walked up Mitchelgate. To be fair, I did take a picture in The Sun Inn after our curry, but, apart from us, it was deserted and made for a desultory photo.
