Kowhai tree …..

….. ….. ….. along the Lake Hayes track.
There are Kowhai trees blooming profusely along the track now. They’re so lovely seen with the mountain background.
Snow over night; a dusting on the mountains. I thought that maybe it had finished, but there’s more forecast.
