It's Friday again already! I had loads to do so kept my head down to get through as much as possible. Yesterday's longer-than-normal weekly meeting set me back.

It was great though, to finish at 6:30 and cruise into the weekend. Unfortunately, something gave G a bad headache last night. It was either the beer, or the heat, or both!! Anyway, she was out of action for part of the day.

I love this time of year when Chiquita puts the pink ribbon on their bananas. I have managed to book G and me for a DEXA scan, a mammogram for me and follow-up visits to our respective doctors next week. Phew.
