Red and White...

...Red and Black and Blue (in extras).  The annual Low Riders Fest was held on Saturday around the civic plaza.  Low to the ground vehicles are a thing here in New Mexico (and a few other states, as well).  Low Rider: War (thanks martindawe for the link).

You might ask: What kind of car is a low rider?
"In the mid-twentieth century in Southern California, colorful painted classic cars would cruise the boulevards. From Cadillac El Dorados to Chevy Impalas, these lowriders were rolling art installations with chrome rims and white wall tires, with the cars meant to be driven "low and slow" as they hugged the pavement." -- courtesy of the Google meister.
