Sea Of Ice

A grim grey day in Shropshire. No photography due to a distinct lack of interest.
 So it pleases me to re-visit one of my happiest days in recent history.

A train ride to the top of a mountain and a brief stop to view the Ichsmeer Glacier at a window 3160 metres up in the face of the Eiger.

It is astonishing and will be a lasting memory for me.

I will probably revisit this again if we have any more dull days in the Shire.
