Low Mojo
An event I was looking forward to cancelled today for totally understandable reasons, but it unbalanced me a little.
Nearly used the train ticket for a day out, but knew that would make me jittery, so went to gym, boring on some levels but it does seem to help me rebalance.
Then had an afternoon of non charity stuff, can't remember the last time that happened, but enjoyed formatting a hardback version of the book, and researching next year's mountain climbing plans.
Lots of office time isn't conducive to good blips, so I'm afraid its one of the squirrels again.
