A super productive day today. Started very cold but got nicer and nicer, so a couple of loops and lots of ball play in the back field. 
Felt wrong to be giving funding back, but also I know it's the right decision. The funder's parameters have changed and there's just no realistic way we'd achieve what we said we could, infuriating, but hey ho.

In better news:
Started the process of being registered for gift aid and provisionally sorted our first two fun(d) -raising events of 2025.
New bank account opened in charity name. 
All published policies now rewritten as a Charity. 
Book proofs ordered from Amazon. 

Ps - thanks for all the kind comments re sleep. It's a pattern now. I'll struggle for a few days, be shattered, sleep for hours, be refreshed, start again.
