It's turned out dreich again

dreich, a. uninspiring, depressing weather, dourly damp, as wet as a slippery fish.
There is a small village in Lanarkshire called Breich. I dare a weather forecaster to say: “It will be dreich today in Breich, and windy in the Trossachs.”
